Welcome Families and Youth! 

All children and youth Faith Formation classes are on Sunday morning. We start on:

Sunday, September 7 from 10:30-11:45 for Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Sunday, September 7 from    9:30-11:45 for 6th grade & up, who will be attending the classes for the Sacrament of Confirmation. 

The confirmation class has a different schedule of dates and times to follow. Be very mindful of the DIFFERENT STARTING TIME for the October 5 class will start at 10:30-11:45. This one time only.

For children and youth that have not been baptized, please visit Vicki Gable in the RE Office.

The 2025 - 2026 Class Schedule for Children and Youth, in grades K-12 are on one sheet. 

For children who are returning to Religious Education faith formation classes from this past school year, please DO NOT complete another RE Enrollment form. Your child is already in the system. We have printed each family’s Returning Registration form for you to verify and make any changes on them, and to add other siblings to the roll. You'll only need to update the registration and forms that we have ready for you. 

For families that have not been with us a year or more, and for new families that have never enrolled their child in the RE faith formation classes you will need to fill out a RE Enrollment form, and Form’s A & B2.

Forms that are to be completed, emailed or hand delivered to the RE office: 

RE Enrollment Form (new families or returning families from more than a year ago).

Form A, RE and Activities Permission Form (one per child).

Form B-2, Medication Consent Form (one per child).

Media Release Opt Out Form (only if you want to).

Parent Refusal of Safe Environment Curriculum Form. Fill this out only if your child will not attend class on the Sunday that the safety lesson is taught. Material will be available to parents/guardians that wish to teach the lesson at home.

All forms are included below.

Tuition is $60 for the first child and $30 for each additional child. Tuition assistance is available upon request.
