Welcome Families and Youth!

Please note that the following information is for children in Kindergarten-5th grade at this time. For youth that will be in the 6th grade and above, who are seeking the Sacrament of Confirmation, please bear with us for the delay. The information will be forthcoming after we have received the Confirmation Mass date from the Archbishop's office. 

All children and youth Faith Formation classes are held on Sunday mornings.

Kindergarten - 5th grade will start on September 13 from 10:30-11:45.

Youth in the 6th grade and up who are seeking the Sacrament of Confirmation will start on (TBA) from 9:30-11:45.

The 2026 - 2027 Class Schedule for Children and Youth, in grades K - 12, are on one sheet.

For children who are returning to Religious Education faith formation classes from this past school year, please DO NOT complete another RE enrollment form. Your child is already in the system.  Each family's Returning Registration form has been printed for you to verify and make any changes to them, and to add other siblings to the roll. You'll only need to update the registration and forms that we already have on file for you.

For families that have not been with us a year or more, and for new families that have never enrolled their child in RE faith formation classes you will need to fill out an RE Enrollment form, and Forms A & B2, also a Media Release Opt Out Form, however the Media Release is not required.

Forms that are to be completed, please email or hand delivered to the RE office:

RE Enrollment Form (new families or returning families from more than a year ago).

Form A, RE and Activities Permission Form (one per child).

Form B-2, Medication Consent Form (one per child).

Media Release Opt Out Form (only if you want to).

The children's and youth Safe & Sacred safe environment lesson materials will be available for you to preview or take home so that you can do the lesson with your child at home if you wish to.

All forms, except for the Safe & Sacred safe environment lessons are included below. All forms are fillable. For convenience you may complete the necessary forms, save them to your devise then email them to me, Vicki Gable, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  All families will need to bring their child's birth,  baptismal, confession & communion certificates to my office, especially for the children that will be receiving a Sacrament.

Tuition is $60 for the first child and $30 for each additional child. Tuition assistance is available upon request.
